Born in 1989 from the idea of Gregori Franco, using ancient rooms of fourteenth-century origin, attached to the ancient Roman cryptoporticus.
The warm and welcoming rooms host hand-painted representations and heralds of the Guaite di Norcia.
Led by the Gregori family, it is now managed by Chef Emiliano.
Since the beginning a collection of fine regional and national wines has been started, which today boasts more than 80 labels.
